Commvault chooses IRENT as demo partner for HyperScale appliances

IRENT to handle logistics for HyperScale demo systems throughout EMEA.

UTRECHT, 30 January 2019 – Commvault, the supplier of enterprise solutions for backup and recovery, archiving and data management, has appointed IRENT as its demo partner in the EMEA region. IRENT will coordinate the full logistical process for the Proof of Concept (PoC) configurations for Commvault’s HyperScale™ Appliance. Besides sending and returning the demo units, IRENT will also handle the entire process of assembly, installation, data wiping, de-installation and the factory reset of the units.

Commvault has produced a wide range of HyperScale appliances with PoC configurations throughout the EMEA region. These appliances will be made available to potential customers for a period of two weeks. After that, IRENT will take back the units and get them ready for the next demo. For the duration of the demo, IRENT will remain in close contact with all the parties concerned and in that way manage the process between Commvault, the partner, the distributor and the customer. Commvault has trained specialists at IRENT to analyse the customer’s IT environment and, where necessary, play an advisory role.
