IRENT offers standard 9×5 NBD (next business day) response support on the rental equipment they provide. In the event of a failure, replacement parts are usually delivered within 24 hours. If you want more certainty, you can ask about IRENT’s customized support solutions.
Do you also offer installation assistance?
Absolutely!!! Our team of expert and certified IT specialists can provide you with on-site professional IT services to get your IT infrastructure set up and running. We offer various IT services such as Rack and stack, Installation, Configuration/implementation, Migration etc., Training, guidance and documentation. Can I also rent from you as an individual?
We are sorry, but IRENT only provides services to companies, governments and other organizations, both nationally and internationally. We do not offer services to individuals.
