When the support period ends, this is often the time when your IT environment is replaced or upgraded. An ultimate opportunity for a tech refresh. An investment that may not have a budget at the moment. Fortunately, there are plenty of good alternatives to ensure continuous uptime of your IT Infrastructure.
We offer different grades within our IT system support services. Which support services are appropriate, of course, depends on your IT environment and wishes. Some examples of the options:
Mission Critical 2x4x8 – 24/7
We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for reporting an incident. You will be contacted by one of our support engineers within 2 hours, we are on-site within 4 hours and your problem is solved no later than 8 hours after notification.
Critical 2x6x10 – 24/7
We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for reporting an incident. You will be contacted by one of our support engineers within 2 hours, we will be on-site within 6 hours and your problem will be solved no later than 10 hours after notification
Premium Same Day
We are available on working days from 09:00 to 17:00. Your problem was solved the same day.
NBD Next Business Day
We are available on working days from 09:00 to 17:00. Your problem will be solved no later than the next day.
Smart Support Best Effort
The smart support model is based on organizations that employ their own engineers. We take care of all parts that can be stored in our warehouse. If you need parts or support from one of our employees, they will be charged based on time & materials.
Every situation is different and places different demands on the support that is required. If the desired service level is not listed here, we offer tailor-made contracts and are happy to discuss this with you.
When support at IRENT?
There are various situations where our support is used.
- Support expires but you want to be able to use current systems for longer.
- Support from 1 month and longer. This gives room to determine the final future strategy of your current IT.
- Replacing your current environment for newer used systems, including support. You carry out a tech refresh with great financial benefit. (By reusing these systems you also extend the lifespan)
- Your current systems will be declared End of Support (EoS) or End of Service Life (EoSL).
- Fast response time as you expect from us (within 2 hours)
- Vendor independent; products from different brands in 1 contract
- From 1 month to as long as necessary
- IRENT still provides support after the vendor has declared the product EoS (End of Support)
It is of course also possible that your wishes go even further than just additional support. In that case, other solutions would be possible.
IT system rental
Perhaps your wishes lie with testing a new system or on a one-off temporary extra scale. Then temporarily renting a server or storage system is the solution.
We do not only offer additional support for your current IT systems. If you rent a server or storage system, you can of course also choose additional support.
Lease / Pay-per-Use
If the tech refresh is inevitable or if extending support to your current environment is not a solution, we would like to discuss whether we can help your business further with our lease “Pay-per-Use” options.
